After the consultation, we will draw up a contract and timeline. The scope of your project will determine the billing structure. Once the initial payment has been made we will get started on designing your dream space.
Our design team will design a space that fits your budget and unique style. We will work directly with you, your architect and/or builder, to ensure your design needs are met. During this time, you'll receive boards and products for your approval and feedback. Once the design concept is established, floor plans and elevations will be submitted for approval with revisions made as needed.
Once final selections and drawings have been approved, we will provide a detailed design binder with floorplans, elevations, and spec sheets on all materials, finishes, fixtures, equipment, furnishings and products to be ordered. Our team will oversee and coordinate lead times and deliveries.
Our design team will work on site to install and style your new space. Final payment will be due at this time.
The last step is for you to enjoy your new space. At your convenience, we will schedule a visit for a final walkthrough.
Details, details. We work on a flat fee basis with minimum hours billed depending on the project scope. Purchasing discounts are included with signed contract.
